I'm creating a new collection, Redemption, about the significance of grace.

I would be honored to invite you into the spiritual process and journey of realizing new additions to the Mahnal family of talismans.

Talismans designed to ignite the human spirit of resilience and enlightenment. Talismans that through a physical point of beauty, captivate our imagination and open the door to deeper contemplation. Which brings us back to the subject of this collection.

In conceptualizing this collection I started with a single question: 'What do women need?' Upon contemplating that prompt there was a clear response that came in a medley of aligned thoughts: the ability to move forward, grace, forgiveness of self, to move beyond self-imposed inhibitors, to be free, to be our true selves... we needed to be redeemed. Redeemed to that pure creative state we knew so well as girls.

My intention is to adorn and inspire for a single reason: to help us realize our purpose for being here on this Earth at this point in time. I believe each of us are the answers to prayers and dreams and longings and hopes of the women that have come before us. I believe each of us hold a necessary key to unlocked an unimaginably beautiful tomorrow... IF we can remember who we are.

The problem is we've forgotten how to unearth our gift. We've gotten distracted, picked up baggage, become obstructed vessels. If through my art, through these adornments, I can tap and ignite a spark that opens space for a moment of curiosity, contemplation, gratitude, or self love- I've done my job.

Each piece in this collection will represent facets of the process of redemption and embody a wearable reminder of it. As with all of Mahnal's collections, Redemption is taking inspiration from not only the stylistic jewelry techniques of ancient cultures across the globe, but the history of cross-cultural symbolism. Unlike Mahnal's previous collections, Redemption will be an exciting assemblage of charms in solid gold. 

I've chose to design charms only for this collection to allow you as the wearer to build and curate your own messages and stories of wearable art. Wearable art that narrates current, honors past, or affirms future stories to ultimately be passed down, cherished and retold.

Bringing the voices of women into the conception & design process of new jewelry has become a special and embraced tradition of Mahnal. From helping with naming to sharing inspiration and testing samples. I invite you to join me in this living process, which gives you a peek behind the veil in the creation of a new Mahnal collection.
